666.LCC-Run International Babenberg Run of the LCC-Vienna goes IMMUNOLOGY RUN Organizer: LCC Vienna Award Ceremony: The first 3 of each age group will receive a trophy, in the walking competition the first 3 overall will be honoured. Prizes will only be awarded to those present at the award ceremony. Award ceremony of the children’s runs at 6:00 p.m. in the start and finish area. Award ceremony of the main races at 8:30 p.m. Entry fee 5 KM, 10 KM, 20 KM competition is 35 Euro. Start/finish: the start is on the Prater Hauptallee near Marathonweg/Stadionbad car park. LCC BABENBERGER KIDS Entry fee 15 euros, each child receives a medal and a starter bag, award ceremony for the 3 fastest in each competition. Start number pick up of the kids Competition Tuesday 19.08.2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on race day from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.at the LCC Centre. Note regarding the stadium car park: Please be sure to buy your own entry ticket, as this is only way to exit! Stretch: Start number: if you have registered online, you can pick up the start number on Tuesday 19.08.2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the LCC Running Centre. Time keeping: (Net timekeeping!) is done by pentek timing. Without a start number and registration, participation is not permitted. Participants who do not yet have their own Championship Chip will receive a GREEN Chip at the start number distribution for 4 EUR, rental. Participants who want to BUY a chip will receive a YELLOW chip at the start number distribution for 33 EUR. Only cash payment Possible! Only yellow and green chips are read by the timing systems. All differently coloured chips cannot be processed. In the spirit of environmental and recycling considerations we ask for voluntary return of the Chip to one of the return points set up in the finish area. WITHOUT A CHIP, THERE IS NO TIME KEEPING! Eligibility: Anyone -even without club membership. Insurance: Insurance against damage of any kind is the responsibility of each individual participant. The organizer assumes no liability. Food: At the finish you will receive water, Gatorade, Almdudler, fruit and slices, at the course you will receive water and Gatorade. Changing rooms/showers: The cloakrooms and showers in the LCC centre can be used. Box rental for a lockable locker 3.50 Euro. Prizes: Trophies for the first-place finishers in each age group, whereby at least 5 athletes must be classified in the sense of sporting value. In the case of 4 runners, two prize winners, in the case of 3 runners or less, only the first -place winner will receive an honorary prize. ATTENTION: Honorary prizes(cups) are only awarded to those present. All finishers will receive a commemorative medal.

If in cases of force majeure, the organizer is entitled or obliged to make changes in the implementation of the event or to cancel it due to official orders for security reasons, the organizer shall not be liable for damages or reimbursement of fees to the participant. If you are prevented from attending or do not participate, it is not possible to withdraw from the registration and there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee. The participant declares that he/she has trained sufficiently to participate in his competition, is physically healthy and has been medically confirmed .He/she agrees that the data mentioned n his/her registration, the photos, film recordings and interviews made by him/her in connection with his/her participation may be used in the radio, television , advertising , books, photomechanical reproductions – films, video The participant agrees that his/her data may be used for advertising purposes. He/she assures that his/her stated date of birth is correct and that he/she will not pass on his /her race number to any other person. The participant is aware that he/she disqualified if he/she changes the official start number in any way, in particular if he/she makes advertising prints invisible or unrecognizable. The participant acknowledges that the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the event of a proven violation of the above obligations. (Note according to the Data Protection Act: Your data will be stored automatically). Your account will be debited by PENTEK timing GmbH. This is done on behalf of and for the account of the respective applicant and the project operator (organizer). |
